The rain falls softly on the shore line of the lake. Small waves kiss the sandy edge where the water meets land as tiny droplets form never ending ripples on the lakes surface. The sound of champagne flutes clinking and vintage China being placed fill the natural silence of nature. Lindsey slides on her grandmother’s ring and takes one last look at herself in the mirror and then at her beloved dog as we snoozes quietly on the floor beside her. She walks on to the porch and taps James on the shoulder. He turns to look at her and presses his finger tips lovingly to her sides admiring the way she smiles back at him. He laces his fingers in hers as they walk down to the lake and take a moment to enjoy the sunset on their wedding day.
